For this casual dine-in restaurant that boasts a fusion of French and Japanese cuisine, we had to study how to marry the two interior design styles from which they originated: traditionally maximalist and minimalist. We thought natural elements such as trees and plants would serve as the neutral ground where the rest of the elements were to be found.

This led us to create a garden scene filled with a sea of yellow and white provincial furniture, deconstructed shutters and brickwork, a background music of soft French music, and an open kitchen to spread the aroma of the fresh dishes and fluffy pastry desserts. Its brand identity balances the maximalist interior with artwork and menu of simple lines and a monochromatic color palette.
